AuraAI provides AI-powered productivity tools including but not limited to: AI writing assistance, translation, trip planning, resume building, email assistance, and data analysis. Services are provided on a subscription basis.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Subscription and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We offer a 7-day free trial for new Pro subscribers and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months except under our 30-day money-back guarantee.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AuraAI to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
- Resell or redistribute our services without permission
7. Intellectual Property
Content you generate using AuraAI belongs to you. AuraAI retains all rights to its platform, technology, and branding. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
AuraAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
